You'll be responsible for serving food and beverages, assisting with room setup, and maintaining knowledge of menu items. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional service at all banquet events

• Assist with menu knowledge and guest inquiries

• Serve food and drink items skillfully

• Set up and dismantle banquet rooms as required

• Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:

• Previous service experience is preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to collaborate as part of a team

• BC Serving It Right Certificate is essential

• Must be open to variable shifts, including early mornings
