As a central player in managing candidate journeys in hospitality programs, you will report directly to the Hospitality Placement Manager. Your responsibilities will involve consultations, interview preparations, and maintaining participant documentation to ensure readiness for placement. You're key to enhancing operational success through participant guidance and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate inquiries and assess candidate eligibility
• Conduct consultations and manage detailed documentation
• Engage candidates through multiple communication platforms
• Organize interview sessions and track logistics
• Support pre-arrival procedures and accommodation transitions
Requirements:
• 2+ years in a recruitment or admissions role
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Hub Spot
• Passionate about hospitality and helping others
