As part of the Banquet Team, you will set up meeting rooms according to event orders and serve meals while adhering to food safety regulations. Your commitment to maintaining high service standards will ensure guest satisfaction during all Food & Beverage functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up rooms based on banquet event orders

• Ensure food and beverage presentation meets Coast Hotels standards

• Adhere to provincial liquor control laws

• Foster a cooperative and positive team environment

• Follow food service instructions from the Banquet Captain/Manager

Requirements:

• At least 1-year experience in banquet serving

• Serving It Right Certification or equivalent

• Hepatitis A vaccination recommended

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Flexible schedule availability for various events
