Position: Guest Relations Manager at Fairmont Waterfront
Elevate guest experience as a Guest Relations Manager at Fairmont Waterfront on Vancouver's waterfront. Lead the Front Office team in providing exceptional service and guest engagement.

This temporary, full-time role spans from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2027. You will oversee departments such as Concierge, Guest Services, and Fairmont Gold while ensuring service excellence. Your experience in hospitality will guide team members, track guest feedback, and enhance overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Front Office departments to meet service standards

• Address guest concerns promptly for memorable experiences

• Manage VIP reservations and room assignments

• Coach Front Office colleagues for professional growth

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset

• Knowledge of Opera Property Management System beneficial

• Strong guest service orientation and training background
