• Reconcile House Accounts and review upcoming guest arrivals

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in guest services or audit roles

• Strong understanding of hotel operations and services

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Flexible to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Proficient in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office
