Job DescriptionWe are looking for a driven and experienced Senior GTM Recruiter. In this role, you’ll help us build a world‑class team as we scale Aero Vect to some of the world’s largest airports.
You will- Source top talent for Aero Vect in a highly competitive market.
- Partner closely with Aero Vect’s founders, engineering leaders, and principal recruiter to understand hiring objectives and align sourcing strategies.
- Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high‑quality candidates.
- Contribute to delivering a high‑quality and holistic candidate experience.
- Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent (e.g., networking, events, marketing, etc.).
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and finding creative ways to attract talent.
- A proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting GTM roles (sales, ops, marketing, finance, etc.).
- Experience hiring for technical talent (robotics, autonomy, hardware) – bonus.
- Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS.
- Experience with fast‑growing and quick‑scaling start‑ups.
