Responsibilities:

• Fully understand Engineering client requirements and job qualifications
• Proactively source, screen and interview, potential candidates for our high-profile clients
• Build and maintain relationships with a diverse pool of top-notch candidates
• Continue to learn and develop recruitment strategies and keep on top of industry trends

Requirements:

• Excellent communication abilities
• Interest in Engineering field/industry a must!
• Prior experience in a sales or customer-oriented role
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly
• Driven to achieve results
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
