Proven experience with
SAP Success Factors Talent Acquisitionmodules (Recruiting, Onboarding
2.0) configuration experience
Experience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP Success Factorsmodules
Experience leading client workshops with the ability to interpret business requirements / problems and provide clear recommendations
Able to collaborate and communicate with clientsusing interpersonal skillsina teamsetting
Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project
Working with the cloud implementationmethodologyand project planning (at least4full cycle implementations)
Creation of documentation and training materialsand knowledge transfer to clients and training of super users
Certifications:
Recruiting and/or Onboarding 2.0 Associate or Professional
When applying to a Quebec based opportunity, fluency in French isrequired. Outside of Quebec, fluency in French is an asset

This position ensures continuity and upholds our standards of excellence following the departure of a valued team member.
The salary range for this position is $84,700 - $134,700. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
