Job Description
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
A minimum of 5 years of tax experience
Developing budgets, determining resource requirements, and directing engagements.
Participating in managing a compliance groups by assisting with forecasting future planning, compliance and advisory work and delegating work effectively.
Maintaining continuous communication with clients, managing expectations and ensuring outstanding client service.
Determining all information necessary to guarantee accurate tax compliance products.
Formulating a plan to gather information. Overseeing the issues management process and adapt to challenges in the compliance process.
Sharing knowledge to grow professionally while enhancing service delivery. Facilitating open communication and supervising staff and peers.
