A well-established HR consulting firm in Metro Vancouver is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. This role involves supporting approximately 1500 unionized employees and collaborating closely with various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Human Resources, especially in Canadian Labour Relations, possessing a solutions-oriented mindset and excellent coaching abilities. This position offers competitive compensation, including a base salary of $110,000 to $125,000, performance bonuses, and additional perks.
