About the Role
This role is responsible for designing, running, and continuously improving Misty West’s people processes, with particular ownership of:
Performance Management Review CyclesOKRs and KPIs management and implementationMarket benchmarking and compensation (Job Evaluation)Recruiting and hiring operationsPeople and culture managementYou’ll work closely with leadership to ensure decisions are evidence-based, fair, scalable, and aligned with business needs, while also handling core HR operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end execution of Performance review cycles (planning, calibration, documentation, close-out)Own compensation benchmarking, including market research, role matching, and maintaining salary bandsPartner with Finance and Leadership on compensation adjustments, re-benchmarks, and cycle timingFull-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roleRequirements
Requirements
5+ years in HR, People Ops, or Talent OpsCPHR is an assetDirect experience running performance or level-change cyclesExperience with recruiting and compensation benchmarkingHighly organized, sound judgment, comfortable working with leadershipAbility to positively influence culture through structure and clarityNice to have
Previous experience working at a consultancy firmClose partnership with leadership in a technical, fast-moving environmentExperience planning internal events such as holiday parties, retreat, team celebrations, workshops, Lunch & Learns.
