WhatYou'll Be Leading
- Leadership Development:
Design and roll out innovative leadership development experiences that bring our strategic vision—and the ZIM Leadership Model—to life - Identify capability gaps and build interventions that make a real difference
- Partner with regional HR teams to execute development programs and annual plans
- Coach leaders 1:1 and in group settings to boost their impact and effectiveness
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify and grow top talent
- Lead talent review processes and succession planning that build a strong pipeline for the future
- Drive strategic OD projects including change management, team effectiveness, and culture transformation
- Create tailored learning programs aligned with evolving business needs
- Own and lead the annual performance management cycle
- Champion a culture of continuous feedback and development

RequirementsAs our Organizational Development (OD) Manager you’ll need to have:
- Master’s degree in organizational development, Psychology, HR, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in OD roles in a global setting — consulting or leading transformative initiatives
- Proven track record in managing teams and driving cross-functional projects
- High-level fluency in English and Hebrew
- Advanced skills in Office tools — especially Power Point
- Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
- Comfortable working independently and under pressure
