Senior Corporate Recruiter

Alliance Recruitment has been serving Vancouver BC in Contingency Recruitment for the last 18 years. Due to growth, we have moved into new offices and require experienced 360 Professional Recruiters to take our company to the next level. We work in multiple vertical markets and industries, and are open to anyone with experience in many different industries or occupations. We work differently than many agencies as we are not passive recruiters, we are pro active in sourcing and speaking with qualified candidates our clients wish to hire.

We have a high retention rate due to offering a compensation structure that pays you what you are worth!!! This is a Contract position for the 1st year with potential to leading to Permanent Role.

We are hiring 1-2 Recruiters with proven experience in agency environment. We provide all business tools to be successful, and a DT location right next to sky train on Burrard. We are also willing to train and develop a recruiter that has the right entrepreneurial spirit, high level of work ethic, and ability to connect well with people.

• Source and engage with qualified candidates.
• Work in multiple vertical markets and industries.
• Creating powerful Candidate Summations for our clients
• Utilize business tools to ensure success.
• Present and manage entire Recruitment process from introduction to negotiating offers.
• Knowledge of your metrics on both client and candidate engagement.

• Experience in recruitment and business development.
• High level of work ethic.
• Ability to connect well with people.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Retained or Headhunting recruitment skills.
• 3-4 plus years of proven agency experience and high achievement.

• Experience in one or more industries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
