This is a full-time, on-site position for a Junior Talent Acquisition Executive based in Greater Van. The role involves supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining talent acquisition pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. Additionally, the role includes contributing to employer branding initiatives and assisting with recruitment reports and metrics analysis.

• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HR software
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with employer branding strategies and talent retention best practices
• Desired qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is beneficial
