Apple is hiring an Employee Relations Business Partner to specialize in employee matters within its Retail organization. This role requires strategic insight and a focus on fostering healthy workplace relations.
As an HR expert, you will manage complex employee relations issues, provide essential training to HR teams, and assess workplace situations to ensure compliance with regulations.
Your role will involve liaising with leadership for effective employee relations practices across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve sensitive employee relations cases and challenges
• Advise market teams on complex HR decisions
• Conduct workplace investigations and assessments
• Implement employee relations policies nationwide
• Analyze ER metrics to identify trends and strategies
Requirements:
• 7–12+ years of HR experience in employee relations
• Strong investigative and documentation skills
• Knowledge of employment regulations
• Ability to handle multiple priorities across markets
• Fluent in English and French-Canadian
Drive compliance and foster positive employee relations as a key member of Apple’s HR team.
