• Source candidates using Linked In Recruiter and networking

• Manage the complete candidate journey from start to finish

• Develop comprehensive talent maps for insights

• Conduct interviews with various methodologies

Requirements:

• 1+ years in high-volume recruiting

• Strong relationship management with hiring managers

• Excellent organizational skills for effective recruitment coordination

• Familiarity with HR and employment practices

• BS degree in Human Resources or similar
