Broaden your HR experience as a Generalist with the Law Society of BC in Vancouver. This full-time, 21-month term role supports recruitment, training, and employee relations in a hybrid model.

The Law Society of BC seeks an HR Generalist to coordinate a variety of human resource functions, contributing to the well-being of employees and the organization. This role involves recruitment, managing disability programs, and providing direct HR support, all while promoting a diverse and equitable workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive recruitment tasks and candidate evaluations

• Facilitate new hire integration and salary negotiations

• Offer HR consulting to employees and management

• Administer Short- and Long-Term Disability programs

• Coordinate annual performance management activities

Requirements:

• HR Management degree/diploma or equivalent

• Minimum five years of HR department experience

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS applications

• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality practices

• Working towards or possessing CPHR designation
