Senior Recruiter - Hybrid Contractor at Teck

As a Senior Recruiter, you will support Teck's hiring needs for approximately 12 months. You’ll manage the recruitment process from job postings to candidate closure while ensuring effective communication with hiring teams. This role also requires sourcing niche candidates and enhancing recruitment efficiency in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to hiring
• Develop effective strategies for niche job requirements
• Foster relationships with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
• Build diverse candidate pipelines through outreach and interviews
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Proficiency in Boolean and X-ray searches
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Spanish language fluency required
