This position is crucial for crafting and implementing people practices that support growth at Lagree West and Jaybird, focusing on organizational design and effective talent management. Collaborate closely with the COO and senior leaders to create an inspired workplace that nurtures top talent while managing performance and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the talent infrastructure for both brands

• Partner on organizational design and workforce expansion

• Develop effective compensation and internal equity frameworks

• Manage succession planning for future leadership

• Oversee consistent performance evaluation processes

Requirements:

• At least 8 years in HR leadership roles

• Background in high-growth and multi-unit environments

• Expertise in coaching and facilitating workforce dynamics

• Familiarity with multi-market employment standards

• Proven experience in talent acquisition strategy
