Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee employee benefits and pension changes

• Manage accurate payroll processing and data entry

• Address employee inquiries and coordinate with external providers

• Support compliance, reconciliations, and year-end processes

• Collaborate on enhancing internal HRIS

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in benefits, payroll, or HR administration

• PCP designation in progress is advantageous

• Familiarity with Canadian payroll laws and standards

• Excellent detail orientation and organizational abilities

• Union experience considered beneficial
