Position: TrustFlight HR Business Partner Role
Join Trust Flight as an HR Business Partner, where innovation meets human resources in the aviation technology sector. This strategic role focuses on enhancing talent acquisition, employee engagement, and developing self-service HR systems within a dynamic environment.

In this position, you will be instrumental in aligning HR initiatives with business strategies for a Canadian team, while ensuring consistency across the Group. Responsibilities include fostering talent pipelines, managing employee relations, and embedding a learning culture. You will play a crucial role in using HR metrics to drive decision-making and enhance organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management to achieve business goals

• Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition processes

• Guide managers in employee relations and performance evaluations

• Develop efficient HR systems for self-service

• Analyze HR metrics for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of HR experience, including HRBP focus

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or similar

• CIPD or CPHR certification preferred

• Solid understanding of employment laws

• Experience with HRIS like HiBob and Leapsome
