In this role, you’ll coordinate job evaluations within a complex, unionized public-sector environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and administer the joint job evaluation project
• Analyze job descriptions and conduct systematic evaluations

• Document evaluation processes and outcomes
• Offer technical support to clarify job evaluation requirements
Requirements:
• Educational background in Human Resources
• 3-5 years of experience in job evaluation
• Solid knowledge of job evaluation methodologies
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Client-focused with attention to detail
