As the Equity and Engagement Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the organization's commitment to IDEA principles, including Truth and Reconciliation. Your strategic leadership will guide equity initiatives, fostering stakeholder engagement and embedding best practices. This position demands a strong understanding of equity principles and a collaborative spirit to influence positive change across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement IDEA initiatives organization-wide
• Collaborate with equity committees to operationalize priorities
• Assess practices to recommend systemic changes
• Analyze workforce data to uncover equity trends
• Communicate and promote engagement strategies
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resources or Business
• Strategic leadership in equity initiatives
• Strong understanding of IDEA principles
• Experience in policy or program development
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
