In this role, you will oversee HiBob management and design workflow enhancements that drive actionable insights for leadership. Your responsibilities include addressing audit requests, managing onboarding journeys, and resolving complex employee issues. A blend of technical skills and empathetic problem-solving will be critical to success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage HiBob data quality and system integrity audits
• Design onboarding workflows for a seamless new-hire experience
• Administer global benefits and ensure compliance accuracy
• Supervise end-to-end payroll administration for accuracy
• Develop key People metrics dashboards from HRIS data
Requirements:
• 5+ years in People Operations with 2+ in a senior role
• Proven global experience in employee lifecycle management
• Expert in HiBob or comparable HRIS solutions
• High proficiency in Excel and data analytics
• Solid knowledge of payroll compliance practices
Your expertise in HRIS and data analysis drives impactful decisions in people operations.
