In your strategic HR role, you will align people strategies with organizational goals, partnering with senior leaders to enhance engagement, retention, and culture. With a focus on the full employee lifecycle, you will guide initiatives, provide expert advice on workforce planning, and oversee HR Coordinators. Your influence will champion learning and purpose across business units while ensuring compliance with employment law.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic partnerships with senior leaders
• Implement engagement and workforce plans effectively
• Mentor HR Coordinators and support team development
• Own HR Shared Services delivery for employee needs
• Provide regular updates on HR metrics and initiatives
Requirements:
• 8+ years of HR business partner experience
• University degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
