In this role, you will process employee records, maintain compensation details, and handle payroll transactions using HCM systems like Workday. You will validate HR data, manage payroll updates, and support the complete range of employee lifecycle documents. Quick resolution of HR inquiries is key as you work closely with payroll teams and HR Business Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process employee transactions in Workday and HCM systems
• Audit and validate payroll data for compliance
• Complete diverse employee lifecycle transactions
• Maintain employee master data and payroll accuracy
• Collaborate with teams to resolve complex HR cases
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Service Delivery experience
• Strong customer service orientation
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
• Flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment
• Proven organizational and time management skills
