Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment cycle from job posting to offer letters
• Collaborate with Partners to identify staffing needs
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records confidentially
• Attend networking events and career fairs to attract talent
• Coordinate day-to-day scheduling and office-wide events
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 2 years in recruitment and administration
• Experience in managing multiple priorities effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational ability
