• Conduct interviews and complete reference checks

• Maintain accurate candidate records in Match Guide

• Build strong relationships with candidates and consultants

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma with 1-year recruiting experience

• 2 years of customer-facing experience or competitive sports background

• Strong relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Excellent communication and influencing skills
