Strategic HR Business Partner

Become a strategic HR Business Partner focused on supporting the Vancouver and Pitt Meadows Distribution Centres. Utilize your HR expertise to foster strong relationships and effective labour strategies.

This role is designed for someone with a strong HR background who excels in influence and collaboration. You will be pivotal in guiding Distribution Centre teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and HR best practices. Your experience in coaching, conflict resolution, and talent development will help create a positive work environment across internal client groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement people strategies for Distribution Centres

• Enhance stakeholder relationships and communication

• Identify and solve strategic human resource issues

• Participate in special HR projects as necessary

• Support managers in employment law and training initiatives

Requirements:

• 3-5 years HR experience in client relation management

• Preferred CHRP designation or postgraduate degree

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point

• High level of motivation and self-starting capability

• Ability to travel between Distribution Centres
