The successful candidate will provide leadership in labour relations and manage HR functions like recruitment, compensation, and performance management. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee HR programs ensuring compliance with legislation
• Provide guidance on HR policies and performance management
• Support collective bargaining preparation and negotiations
• Manage HRIS for data integrity and compliance
• Lead recruitment and organizational development initiatives
Requirements:
• Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation
• Minimum 8 years in progressive HR roles
• Extensive experience in unionized environments
• Strong skills in project management and HR metrics
• Proven leadership in HR functions and team management
