Talent Acquisition Manager and Executive Search Leader

We are looking for an exceptional TA and recruitment leader who can operate at a high level in a fast-paced environment. This individual will be responsible for owning executive search execution, driving team performance, improving processes, and helping elevate our recruitment function as we continue to grow.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves recruiting, thrives on urgency, and leads by example. You are someone who can jump into complex searches, identify exceptional talent quickly, leverage modern technology, and build strategies that consistently deliver results.
You are a true search expert with a strong work ethic and a passion for winning. You move quickly, think strategically, and understand how to balance speed, quality, and client expectations. You are highly skilled in sourcing passive talent, leveraging AI‑powered recruiting tools, Linked In Recruiter, RPS/, and emerging recruitment technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
Beyond managing your own searches, you will play a critical role in leading and developing the amazing team. You will be involved in team meetings, create alignment around priorities, coach recruiters on best practices, provide strategic guidance, and help build a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement.
You are comfortable working with senior leadership, managing executive‑level conversations, presenting search strategies, reviewing pipelines, and driving execution across multiple priorities. You know how to bring structure to a fast‑moving environment and create processes that allow teams to perform at their highest level.
What We’re Looking For- Proven ability to independently manage and execute retained executive searches from strategy through successful placement.
- Exceptional sourcing skills with the ability to identify, engage, and attract high‑performing passive candidates quickly.
- A relentless work ethic with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
- Advanced experience using Linked In Recruiter RPS, AI‑powered sourcing tools, and modern recruiting technology.
- Ability to lead and run effective team meetings, establish priorities, communicate expectations, and drive accountability.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing recruiters to improve performance and execution.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, motivate, and collaborate with team members at all levels.
- Experience partnering with C‑Suite executives, senior hiring leaders, and clients while confidently managing relationships and search strategy.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple searches, deadlines, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Highly organized, proactive, and self‑directed, you identify what needs to happen and make it happen.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to represent the firm at the highest level with both clients and candidates.

Compensation:Base Salary + Placement Commission.
Compensation is designed to attract top‑performing TA& Recruitment Leaders.
