As a Technical Recruiter at Procom, you will leverage your 2+ years of recruiting experience to manage the entire hiring process. Collaborate with a dedicated Recruitment team and utilize advanced AI tools to align candidates with client expectations. This role prioritizes a supportive and engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to placement
• Exceed monthly targets related to client submissions
• Source candidates using expert Boolean search techniques
• Engage candidates during the interview process
• Maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment
• Proficiency in using AI tools for recruitment
• Ability to create effective sourcing strategies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
