In your role as an HR Business Partner, you will deliver comprehensive HR support across multiple locations including British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, and Denver, Colorado. Your experience of over 5 years in HR will be utilized to manage recruitment cycles, ensure compliance with HR policies, and develop employee engagement initiatives. This position allows you to make a significant impact on organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment processes from job posting to new hire orientation

• Advise on performance management and employee relations

• Develop and implement policy updates and HR best practices

• Facilitate employee engagement events and initiatives

• Prepare HR correspondence and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• 5+ years of HR experience as a Business Partner or Generalist

• Knowledge of Employment Standards and HR legislation

• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems like BambooHR

• Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
