Our client is on the lookout for a Senior HR Business Partner to bolster their HR leadership team within the Minerals industry. This role will blend strategic planning with hands-on execution, focusing on employee engagement and organizational growth. You will partner closely with General Managers to support effective talent management and succession planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic relationships and advise on HR matters
• Partner with leaders for organizational design and workforce planning
• Create and implement talent strategies that align with business goals
• Coach leaders on performance management and employee relations
• Oversee HR initiatives across multiple countries
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or substantial HR experience
• 10+ years in HR, with 7+ as a business partner
• Experience with senior leaders and organizational scaling
• Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws in Canada, U.S., and Mexico
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
