This position requires a blend of analytical acumen and HR expertise to oversee compensation programs, global payroll, and workforce analytics. You will assess and monitor budgets while ensuring alignment with industry standards and practices. Your analyses will influence salary structures and strategic workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage monthly payroll processes to ensure compliance
• Review and control labor cost and budget variances
• Perform compensation and benefits analysis with benchmarking
• Assist in headcount planning and financial forecasting
• Develop HR metrics and meaningful KPI reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or similar
• Around 3 years of relevant experience in HR analytics
• Proficiency in analytical tools and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
