You will assess and monitor budgets while ensuring alignment with industry standards and practices. Your analyses will influence salary structures and strategic workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly payroll processes to ensure compliance

• Review and control labor cost and budget variances

• Perform compensation and benefits analysis with benchmarking

• Assist in headcount planning and financial forecasting

• Develop HR metrics and meaningful KPI reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or similar

• Around 3 years of relevant experience in HR analytics

• Proficiency in analytical tools and Excel

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
