Capilano Golf and Country Club, located in West Vancouver, seeks a skilled Payroll and Benefits Administrator to support the administration team. This role reports to the Controller and covers both payroll processing and benefits management. Your experience in payroll administration will ensure accurate processing, compliance with legal requirements, and effective employee communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process hourly/salaried payroll and verify accuracy
• Enroll employees in health and pension plans
• Ensure compliance with legal payroll requirements
• Serve as contact for payroll/benefits inquiries
• Perform monthly reconciliations of payroll accounts
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of payroll administration experience
• College diploma in accounting or HR
• Proficient in Dayforce and Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• High level of confidentiality in handling information
