Position: Full-Cycle Recruiter Airport Authority

This role focuses on understanding business priorities to anticipate talent needs at the Vancouver Airport Authority. You will play a key role in enhancing YVR’s employer brand while utilizing labour market insights and strong stakeholder relationships to attract top talent. Your efforts will help create exceptional recruitment practices and building meaningful connections across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct diverse and inclusive full-cycle recruitment

• Coach hiring leaders on values-aligned selection processes

• Design and implement effective acquisition strategies

• Leverage data to improve hiring insights and metrics

• Engage in community events to boost talent outreach

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of recruitment experience

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or similar

• Understanding of Canada Labour Code regulations

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders

• Comfortable with HRIS and data analysis tools
