Position: HR Generalist 】

Responsibilities

1. HR Project Management

  • Lead and execute phase-based HR functional projects
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

2. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer issuance
  • Develop and maintain diverse recruitment channels to continuously improve hiring efficiency and talent quality
  • Coordinate background checks and candidate information verification
  • Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation
  • Organize and conduct new hire orientation, and follow up on onboarding progress and employee integration

3. Employee Relations

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees’ daily inquiries and support
  • Support performance management processes (probation evaluations, annual performance reviews, etc.)
  • Assist in handling employee relations matters and proactively mitigate compliance risks
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives and cultural programs to enhance employee satisfaction and team cohesion

4. HR Operations & Data Management

  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Compile and analyze HR metrics (headcount, turnover rate, recruitment progress, etc.) to support decision-making
  • Assist with employee benefits administration
  • Ensure HR practices comply with Canadian federal and provincial employment laws

5. Policy Development & Compliance

  • Assist in developing and optimizing HR policies and procedures
  • Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies to enhance organizational standardization
  • Assist with compliance audits and related documentation
Requirements
  • Experience in the internet/technology industry, with familiarity in fast-paced organizational environments
  • Prior experience as an HR Generalist preferred
  • Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong execution ability, high sense of responsibility, and discretion
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
