Your role focuses on effective governance and strategic compensation planning.
As a full-time, permanent consultant, you will be instrumental in advancing Vancity’s compensation frameworks across key business areas including Commercial and Retail Banking. You’ll partner with leaders and stakeholders to translate data into compelling compensation strategies that adhere to best practices and Vancity’s mission of social justice and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and manage effective compensation programs
• Serve as a trusted advisor on compensation strategy
• Handle incentive plan documentation and audits
• Analyze compensation performance metrics
• Train staff on plan mechanics and governance
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in compensation management
• Expertise in sales compensation design
• Familiarity with financial services regulations
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills
• Proven consultative skills with senior leaders
