This role is vital in the Department of Psychology, supporting research on infant and child development. You will gather participant information, book families, and communicate with lab coordinators. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are key to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit families for development studies through phone calls
• Create and update recruitment materials for outreach
• Maintain participant databases and scheduling efficiency
• Provide training to new lab members involved in bookings
• Engage in community outreach to attract new participants
Requirements:
• High school graduation with one year of related experience
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field preferred
• Familiarity with databases, HTML, and social media
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
