Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate job postings, offers, and new hire onboarding
• Ensure recruitment documentation is up-to-date and accurate
• Serve as initial contact for hiring managers
• Create engaging job postings to attract top talent
• Analyze recruitment metrics to support decision-making
Requirements:
• 2–4 years in talent acquisition or HR administration
• Strong understanding of ATS and HRIS platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple administrative tasks
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication skills for working with candidates and teams
