With 1-2 years of HR experience, you will manage data integrity, coordinate internal communications, and assist with recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update HRIS and employee files globally
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy
• Support HR documentation and scheduling tasks
• Run monthly and ad hoc HR reports
• Coordinate content for internal employee communications
Requirements:
• Certificate in HR Management or Business Administration
• 1-2 years of HR administrative support experience
• Proficient in HRIS and data management
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with integrity
