Quandri seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to spearhead recruitment efforts across technical and non-technical sectors. Approximately 80% of your time will be focused on full-cycle recruiting, working in tandem with hiring managers to identify ideal candidates. The remaining 20% of the role involves supporting people operations, ensuring effective performance management and fostering a thriving workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles
• Collaborate with managers to define candidate needs
• Create engaging job descriptions to attract talent
• Conduct thorough phone screenings for candidates
• Enhance company culture through thoughtful candidate experiences
Requirements:
• 3–7 years experience in talent acquisition, technical focus ideal
• Comfort in navigating ambiguous, high-growth environments
• Strong analytical capabilities for process improvement
• Excellent verbal and written communicator
• Demonstrated commitment to a positive candidate experience
