In this dynamic role, you will ensure the HRIS is managed effectively, employee documentation is accurate, and onboarding programs are developed to create a structured experience for new hires. Working collaboratively across teams, you will enhance data quality and manage the administrative aspects of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer daily HRIS functions and ensure data accuracy
• Develop onboarding checklists and maintain HR documentation
• Produce reports and dashboards for leadership insights
• Facilitate onboarding activities for new employees
• Contribute to HR operational improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• 3-6 years of HR administration or onboarding expertise
• Proficient in HRIS platforms; experience with BambooHR preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in evolving processes
• Related post-secondary education in HR or Business Administration
