• Coach hiring partners to refine their interviewing methods
• Develop strategies for expanding our recruitment sources
• Maintain organized recruitment documentation and progress tracking
Requirements:
• 2+ years of demonstrated recruitment expertise
• Proven ability in active candidate sourcing and interviewing
• Strong communication and people skills
• Excellent organizational capability for applicant flow
• Experience with documentation and onboarding procedures
