Position: Senior Specialist in Global Benefits Management
Drive leave program innovation as Clio’s Senior Global Benefits & Leaves Specialist, improving employee experiences in over ten countries. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective leave solutions.

As a pivotal member of the Total Rewards team, you will lead the design and continuous enhancement of global leave programs.

Your role will involve defining guiding principles, managing vendor relationships, and integrating systems with Workday and payroll. You will facilitate training for managers and develop monitoring mechanisms for compliance in multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design a leave philosophy consistent with Clio’s values

• Benchmark against local and market standards

• Build diverse leave entitlements and options

• Train managers on leave administration and compliance

• Oversee vendor and insurer relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in global leaves or disability programs

• Comprehensive understanding of leave regulations

• Proven capability to lead projects independently

• Experience in restructuring leave programs

• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
