WorkSafeBC seeks a P&C Specialist for its Leadership & Professional Development team, focusing on creating impactful learning solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate leadership and professional development training sessions
• Analyze learning needs with internal stakeholders
• Advise and support stakeholders in training initiatives
• Coach leaders and managers on development principles
• Collaborate on designing and improving training initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in leadership or organizational development
• Minimum five years of corporate training experience
• Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills
• Preferred coaching certification or related education
• Familiarity with development trends and solutions
