Lead transformative Total Rewards initiatives as a Senior Human Resources Manager based in Vancouver. Enhance compensation programs and partner with leaders across North America for impactful HR strategies.
In this role, you'll take charge of Canadian benefits and US compensation initiatives, collaborating closely with senior executives on critical HR matters. You’ll also ensure compliance with employment legislation while supporting acquisition processes and wellness initiatives to improve employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage compensation and benchmarking for US operations
• Lead Canadian benefits plan compliance and administration
• Provide HR support for immigration and work permits
• Collaborate with teams on HR system improvements
• Support due diligence for acquisitions and workforce strategies
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or suitable field
• CHRP designation or variations
• At least 15 years of HR management experience
• Proven ability to present strategies to executives
• Knowledgeable about Canadian HR laws and practices
