Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) required
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience in unionized contexts
• Extensive knowledge in labour relations and policy implementation
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with Ceridian HRIS platforms is preferred
