Key Responsibilities:

• Manage lifecycle changes for employee benefits and pensions

• Ensure accurate payroll processing procedures

• Respond to inquiries and collaborate with service providers

• Assist with critical reporting and compliance requirements

• Improve HRIS processes alongside the team

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years in payroll or HR administration

• PCP designation (in progress) is an asset

• Understanding of payroll legislation and employment standards

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills

• Union experience is advantageous
